This data is inherently public due to the nature of blockchains. Orchid does not control blockchain visibility.

  • Device type.
  • IP address or approximate location data.
  • Pages viewed and interaction patterns.

Third-Party Data

  • Information derived from public sources or blockchain analytics providers.
  • Data used to detect prohibited use, sanctions exposure, or abuse.

We do not knowingly collect names, government identifiers, biometric data, or precise personal identifiers.

3. Purpose of Data Use

  • Operating and maintaining the Interface.
  • Enforcing Terms of Service.

However, no system is fully secure. You acknowledge that blockchain infrastructure is outside our control, transmission over the internet carries inherent risk, and you are responsible for securing your own devices and wallets.
